Isn’t it impressive, a private company sets a new world record related to Space?

I covered that on earlier, and thought it was quite remarkable.

I was reading an article on The Economist the other day about SpaceX and how the privatization of the space has actually worked for SpaceX and NASA.

NASA was the only entity responsible for any space-related initiatives. That skyrocketed the cost because there was no governing body.

SpaceX, Blue Origin, and Dynetics are helping reshape how NASA deals with Space projects. Instead of controlling the entire channel, which balloons costs and overhead, NASA has learned to delegate.
In doing so, it has paved the way for new records and new accomplishments.

It is only a matter of time and flying to space will become cheaper and affordable.
